• Redesigns / as a mock1-inspired production command deck using live terminal state and existing panes.
• Keeps /options and /news focused workspaces intact and preserves legacy redirects.
• Adds required turn documentation with @pierre/diffs/ssr-rendered diff snippets.

Validation

• bun test
• bun --cwd=apps/web run build
• Playwright Chromium screenshot checks for /, /options, /news, and /mock1
• Redirect checks for /signals and /tape

Notes

• Backend contracts and @islandflow/types were not changed.
• Unrelated piolium/ worktree content was left untouched.
