this updates AGENTS.md so agents treat Forgejo as the canonical home for islandflow, prefer pushing to the forgejo remote, and use fj for pull request workflows.\n\nit also updates completion checklist wording to verify branch status against forgejo/.\n\nintended effect for end users: agent-driven contributions now consistently target the primary forgejo host, reducing confusion and avoiding github-first drift in day-to-day workflow.
